![]() I am hoping that projects such as V don't fully integrate v3 so they can continue to be used, but it may end up being too much work for the smaller teams. Pretty simple since most of the extensions I use have good export/import routines. I use V every day and maintain my FF setup weekly. What I am doing is keeping an active Firefox install going with matching extensions, settings and bookmarks. Just want to make sure anyone who finds this later has a clearer understanding of what I'm saying. I'm assuming it's because of something being lost in translation. Really not understanding the downvotes here. And that's when you use a product like AdNauseum to introduce as much useless noise into the system as possible. So some ads will inevitably find their way through. It's an arms race, and we're always on the back foot. Almost all the ads? Sure, yeah, absolutely. Anyone telling you that they're successfully blocking all ads, all the time, is lying to you. Because no adblocking is 100%, and some ads, sometimes, are going to make it through your shield. Realize that the purpose of AdNauseum is to induce noise into the tracking algorithm, on those ads that make it through the cracks. Block ads (with PiHole, too!), and click the dogshit outta any ads that make their way through, just sending out as much noise as I can.Įdit: I think something has been lost in translation here. I like to use AdNauseum and uBO alongside each other.
